Tie Record a Fundraiser itemized upload to My Giving and Give reporting

Record a Fundraiser (RAF) is not reported in the All Giving Report or in an individual's My Giving. This is misleading, as the itemized user upload option template in RAF includes employee ID and per employee amount donated.

RAF *with* itemized user upload data should tie to My Giving and Give reporting in order to provide a 360 user experience.

    This would be extremely helpful to allow for accurate tracking using the RAF when it comes to smaller fundraisers. Our ERG's host these often and right now there is no way to tie those donations to individual giving when tracking in the system via RAF. Essentially creates no real incentive for uploading individual IDs and amounts
