For virtual events, the “country” field does not populate and the search algorithm displays virtual events first. Since virtual events do not have a country tag, they appear across all markets, making country specific searching difficult.
The data needs to be captured country-wise. When a user logs in from India, they should be able to view all events (both virtual and physical) created for India. Similarly, when a user logs in from the US, they should see all events for the US. It would be ideal if events are displayed based on the user's geographical location.
Currently, when a user logs in from India, they are seeing all the events from France.
Hi Leena, thank you for this submission as well! Is the request here to prioritize in-person events over virtual events? Or is it to capture a country even when the event is virtual? Thanks!
