Hi Savannah, thank you very much for your submission. Unfortunately one of the items needed when doing a bulk upload is to identify an employee uniquely in which we cannot always do by just first and last name. When some clients have upwards of 300k employees, there will often be many employees with the same name (i.e. John Smith), if only first and last name are listed then the system would not know which John Smith to add or would add all of them. I would suggest what many of our client admins do when working with their volunteer coordinators to try and capture work email and if this cannot be done, there is lots of reporting to help track down this information such as the Employee data feed. We are looking for more ways to improve our bulk uploading functionality and help make it easier to use as well and will make sure to look into other ways to make bulk uploading volunteers easier.
