Currently, the checkbox for “Show my name to other users” is unchecked by default in the Join Group flow. We request an enhancement to reverse this behavior, so the checkbox is checked by default, allowing employees to opt out if they prefer anonymity. This supports engagement and transparency while respecting privacy choices.
