In the Day of Service model, ITW coordinates 15+ volunteer activities each to different benefitting organizations on the same day. Because these events are concurrent, we hope that registration through CSRconnect would prevent an employee from signing up for more than one volunteer event on the same day. For our Day of Service model, it's important that we track each individual event capacity and ensure employees aren't committing to two events at the same time. We need to set these up as multiple events rather than one event with multiple shifts because each activity benefits a different organization and we need to communicate event specifics to those participants.
