If an event is full, when you go to "Add Participant" it adds them to the event instead of the waitlist. We should be able to add people to the waitlist in this way.
To add someone to the waitlist, we need to impersonate them and sign up for them, which is a TON of steps instead of just being able to add them quickly to the waitlist on the manage event page.

Allow the ability to sort participants by sign up date without needing to export the list.
Right now you have to export the list to see the order of signups and the date/time of when someone signed up. This would be helpful to see right on the Manage Participants page.

Copy Questions over when copying an event
When you copy an event, everything copies over except for the questions, and it would be so convenient if the questions copied over, even if you still had to activate them!
